Booking Terms

We will be happy to save your chosen dates in the villa calendar during our pre booking talks for a maximum of 2 weeks

ONCE YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED

  • 20% of your total booking is to be paid within 7 days of when the invoice is sent as a deposit to secure the booking. This first deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The remaining 50% of your total booking is due 3 months prior to retreat check-in date. This final payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • An additional payment of 30% of your total booking is due between those 2 dates. This second deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Failure to make any of the required payments detailed above by the due dates will entitle Bingin Retreat to cancel your booking, where upon all payments will be kept.
  • Catering or in house chef services is required to book for all retreat guests.
  • Retreat host is required to sign the events contract before event is confirmed with payment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Villa Rules

IMPORTANT NOTE: This house is our home, please kindly treat it with respect.
• The property is to be left as when you arrived.
• All visitors must to be announced in advance (including children)
• The house is presently for a maximum of 25 including children
• Smoking is allowed outside but NOT inside any rooms
• Sorry no pets allowed to stay or to visit.
• Any damage or losses caused during the Rental Period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will may be charged to the Guest. For example, for stains from food/drink/chlorine to any sheets/mattress/towels/cushions or pillows, and any excessive markings to any wall or floor surfaces.
• Guests are required to use the exterior sofas, and not to enter into the villa when they are wet from swimming.
• Breakages will also be charged for any electrical equipment or furniture that has been broken. Any losses from taking decoration/hangers/toiletries/towels/pool towels/books/controllers/keys will be charged at the replacement cost. If anything is damaged or missing. Please let our staff know so we can organize it have it replaced.
